*By applying to participate in this Collaboration, you understand and agree to the Collaboration Specific Terms and to become a member of the DXRX Network provided by Diaceutics. DXRX provides access to laboratory-focused precision medicine content, and any results or analytics arising from the Collaboration will be shared on DXRX. Please note that predetermined criteria will be used to identify the participants that are eligible for this Collaboration.
Once we approve your request to join you will receive a confirmation email (within 1 business day) stating you have been registered to the Collaboration. This email will contain links to the survey and the Collaboration page within DXRX. You can find the link to the survey on this page as well.
This survey consists of nine questions for you to answer. Once the survey is completed, we will request your banking details via the use of a DocuSign form to facilitate payment.
If selected, you may have the opportunity to participate in a separately compensated 30 minute conversation at a later date.
Background & Objectives
The Collaboration to understand challenges that pathology labs face on a routine basis and to gauge interest in potential services and solutions. The final goal of the Collaboration is to gain real-world insights to understand the current situation and accompanying challenges to ultimately benefit patient care.
Collaboration Requirements, Benefits & Outcomes
The information above will help the understanding challenges laboratories are encountering. This will allow Diaceutics to design strategies that ultimately support better patient testing and treatment.
Selection of the participants
Predetermined criteria will be used to identify participants eligible for this Collaboration. Eligibility will be determined by verifying user’s location, institution, and role within laboratory.
Collaboration steps and deliverables
This Collaboration should be completed once you receive the email confirming your participation which will include the link to the survey. The collaboration will be closed as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached, at which time you will no longer have access to complete the survey.
Should you meet the predetermined requirements, you will be given access to the 10 minute questionnaire, after which Diaceutics may request a 30 minute phone interview.
The Collaboration is implemented by Diaceutics.
Any information you disclose will be treated in the strictest confidence and the results of the research aggregated to provide an overall picture of attitudes to the areas being covered in this survey.
Only Diaceutics will be aware of your specific answers and your identity will not be revealed to any third party. The outputs of this research will be used for informational purposes only.
PAYMENT
Honoraria for your time will be paid for by Diaceutics. Diaceutics will compensate you with an amount of 50 USD upon completion of the full survey and with an amount of 100 USD for the 30 min interview that could follow completion of the questionnaire.
