Head of DXRX Operations, Stefan McDonald and Global Lab Operations Director for DXRX Catarina Veiga at Diaceutics, are joined by world renowned EQA provider, The Canadian Pathology Quality Assurance, (CPQA) Director, John Garratt to explore how external EQAs can address the challenges around engaging with labs to deliver quality testing.

Speakers and Bios

John Garratt is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Pathology Quality Assurance program, a not-for-profit corporation based in Vancouver, Canada. John is also an inspector for the Anatomic Pathology section of the Diagnostic Accreditation Program of British Columbia. He was previously the Technical Specialist in Anatomic Pathology with Vancouver Coastal Health where he developed and maintained quality standards. John's had over 30 years of experience of Anatomic Pathology in Canada and in UK.

John Garratt: Director, Canadian Pathology Quality Assurance (CPQA)

Catarina leads the Diaceutics DXRX Global Lab Operations team to build the global lab network, DXRX. Building strategy and monitoring progress of network growth. As DXRX Global Lab Operations director Catarina enables her team to build, maintain and enhance relationships with lab partners and key opinion leaders in precision medicine. Catarina combines an academic background of genetics and biomedicine with years of experience in business development and sales for the IVD industry.
